NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at 7:45 PM at the Town Hall Annex the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing regarding the following proposed changes to the Princeton Zoning Bylaws to be considered at the Annual Town Meeting on May 13, 2014:
Amend sections of the “Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaws” document by adding and deleting words to clarify text and to rectify typographical errors.
Add a “Village Overlay District” to certain parcels in or adjacent to the business district on Worcester Road. This will allow opportunities for business and residential co-development.
Extend the business district on Worcester Road with additional land at its north end.
Change the business district to residential-agricultural on the portions south of Stagecoach Road and Hickory Drive (north).
A copy of the actual language of all proposed changes is available for your review at the Town Hall, Monday – Thursday from 8 AM – 4 PM. All interested parties are invited to attend.
